I'm running Leopard and I have an HD Tivo. The desktop software vs. 1.93 will only allow photos and music from m iMac to run on my Tivo. I believe this is what is intended as the Tivo Desktop for the Mac does not allow transfers of TV programs with the HD Tivo. I believe that only works for the Series 2 Tivos. The rest works fine and the button is not greyed out in the preferences pane. It says Tivo Desktop on and there is a Stop button to be pushed.
